1) English, level B (Independent User) and C (Proficient User). The classes focus on general structures for the group;
2) English for Specific Purposes (ESP) based on the specialty of the participant. Reproductive methods are used to convey the message of the specialty in speech and written texts. Speaking practice includes formulating research ideas in English, organising data from single cases to generalisations according to the background of the target group and using the acquired expressions;
3) Didactic methods for teaching the specialty:
group work of didactic tasks in English, process of finding the solutions explained to the group, specific practices for teaching the specialty trained and tested with the group.
The participants will provide written feedback to members of the group (didactic skills, language skills, skills of communicating the message, communicative skills).
The tasks will be on practicing teaching, receptive and productive language skills with analyses and feedback.
Homework assignments are to be expected: independent preparation for the classes according to the pre-agreed topic.
